Romania:
Romania is located at the crossroads of Central and Southeastern Europe and has the 9th largest territory and the 7th largest population with 21.5 million people among the European Union member states. Its capital and largest city is Bucharest. The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre has been particularly active in the area for the last two years and its advisory panel already includes the Romanian National Police, Prosecutors, government agencies, the British Embassy, specialist charities and organisations all working collaboratively to protect children and young people across the country.
