The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre is affiliated to the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), and as such all directly employed staff will in essence be employed by SOCA and governed by the policies and terms and conditions of employment adopted by SOCA.
Staff seconded to CEOP will do so in accordance with its Secondment Policy and once in post will be governed by the same policies and procedures applicable to SOCA staff.
Staff will be seconded for a period of between 6 months to 3 years and will be seconded as per the 'Secondment Policy Agreement'.
